or postgraduate courses at a recognised college or university.
2. The registration fee is strictly non-refundable. No refund will be processed once payment has
been made, regardless of the circumstances.
3. All information submitted in this form must be accurate, complete, and genuine. If any
information is found to be false or misleading, the registration will be cancelled immediately
without any refund.
4. The internship completion certificate will be issued only upon successful fulfilment of all
programme requirements, including attendance, assigned tasks, and assessments.
5. The personal information collected during registration will be used solely for

6. Registered participants are expected to maintain discipline, regularity, and professional
conduct throughout the duration of the internship.
7. The internship schedule, mode of delivery (online/offline), and task details will be shared
via email and WhatsApp following successful payment confirmation.
8. Jigyasa Samaj Kalyan Kendra reserves the right to modify or restructure any aspect of the
programme if deemed necessary.
9. Submitting this form constitutes the applicant's acceptance of all terms and conditions stated
